Fierce is an autobiography about Kelly's life and how she has made decisions for the better or worse. It is about her down falls to drugs and her great musical achievements, like playing Mama Morton in the musical Chicago and her radio and music awards and nominations. It also tells you about some of the great jobs she has had and about her family, her child hood and how her parents have influenced her but also how she has followed in some of their tracks in good and bad ways. It also follows her relationships with her parents and her brother and sister and how they have helped get her through the tough times in life, like her drug addiction and having to go into rehab multiple times, being a celebrity in the public eye and having people watching you all the time. It is a great book and I loved reading it, although it is not usually the type of book I read because I usually read fantasy or children's books but I love to read and it is always great to try something new although this book is aimed at an older crowd like teens or older.
